Our sales process is a consultative approach built on our reputation with our customers and prospective clients. We always uncover the warehouse business processes and procedures with each new prospect and on any new project for our existing customers. Gathering all the business data is key to finding the right software and/or automated solution that best fits our customer’s business case and requirements. OUR IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS
Upon choosing Cirrus Tech, Inc. as an automation and/or software provider and partner, you will be provided immediately with a project manager that will communicate with you throughout the implementation process. It is the project manager’s responsibility to deliver our projects on time and in budget for our customers. Our project manager tracks everything from the shipment and delivery of hardware equipment to the installation of all hardware and software components. Once we implement our solution we train all applicable employees on how to operate the software and/or automated system. Each project manager knows that the job is not completed until the customer is 100% satisfied with our solution. We handle the entire implementation from start to finish for all of our turnkey solutions.
